Course Overview:
In today's business world, leaders must continually assess their skills and abilities to remain effective. This course identifies leadership competencies and discusses how those competencies relate, in order of importance, to the strategies of your organization.

Through a multi-rater feedback assessment involving each participant's supervisor, peers and subordinates, the course provides an opportunity for participants to gain insight into their strengths and to determine where they need to focus their development efforts. Each participant leaves with a targeted, action-oriented development plan.

Module 1: Aligning Leadership Competencies to Strategies
This module reviews the strategic direction of the organization, emphasizes current strategies and outlines the importance of aligning leadership competencies with those strategies.

Module 2: Identifying Leadership Team Strengths
During this module, we present feedback on the team's strengths and development needs. The module also identifies the gaps between the team's abilities and the competencies needed to implement the organization's strategies and achieve its goals.

Module 3: Prioritizing Individual Development Opportunities
Feedback is an important part of professional growth and development. During this module, we present individual feedback on each participant's strengths and development needs.

Module 4: Development Coaching
As part of this module, we provide an opportunity for each participant to meet with a StarQuest Learning development coach to interpret feedback, identify development areas, and build a development plan that is targeted, focused, and action-oriented. These one-to-one meetings result in increased accountability.
