Developmental Coaching Learning TrackThe Developmental Coaching Learning Track is a four-course series focused on how to provide coaching and feedback to direct reports.
Learning Track Outline: Course 1: Introduction to CoachingCoaching is a powerful management practice for helping your employees reach their full potential. During this interactive course, we define coaching, and explore the rewards it offers. We also discuss sources of coaching, and where to spend your coaching time.
Course 2: The Coaching ProcessEvery person you coach and every coaching situation is unique. The process that you use to coach, however, should remain fundamentally the same. During this course, we introduce a step-by-step coaching process that can be applied to different coaching situations.
Course 3: Coaching Success FactorsWhat makes great coaches “great”? Effective coaches consistently apply specific skills and techniques during the coaching process. During this course, we explore a variety of coaching and feedback skills to ensure that you are an effective coach.
Course 4: Coaching Back on the JobApplying the coaching process and coaching success factors will help build confidence and contribute to your success as a coach. During this course, we identify obstacles that impede coaching and outline strategies to implement coaching back on the job.

Online Courses
Our online courses are presented in learning tracks that focus on a particular topic. Each learning track is made up of a series of four to six courses, and includes a student workbook, development tools, and a reinforcement guide for managers.
