Module 2: You as a Communicator
This module is about you—how your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and perceptions contribute to the way you communicate. During this module, we'll investigate the effect our thoughts and beliefs have on how we communicate and discuss the powerful impact of nonverbal communication.
Module 3: Conversation Starters
"Conversation starters" are the casual conversations that begin almost every communication. They play an important role because they create an impression and open the way to build rapport and develop relationships. In this module, we'll explore ways you can initiate a conversation and keep it rolling.
Module 4: Conducting Meaningful Conversations
Meaningful conversations are more important in business today than ever before. Due to the increased complexity of today's business environment, no single individual has all of the information needed to solve problems or make decisions. During this module, we'll explore what makes a conversation meaningful and introduce the tools and techniques for conducting meaningful conversations.

Module 5: Tackling Tough Conversations
Right now there's probably someone you should speak to about an important issue. Maybe you're avoiding the conversation, or have tried once without success and are reluctant to try again. Silence may be the path of least resistance, but these unresolved issues don't simply go away. Instead they smolder and often intensify. During this module, we'll explore how to prepare for tough conversations, and we'll investigate skills to deal with the emotions that arise.
